In addition, your Debt Management Plan is fully flexible and can be altered at any time to suit your changing circumstances. You can even cancel your plan at any time with no penalties.

What are the criteria for a Debt Management Plan?

  • Two or more creditors
  • More than £2500 of debt
  • Minimum disposable income of £80
  • Proof of income

 

Payments to your debt management plan are kept under regular review and if we believe an alternative solution has become available, we'll tell you about it. You make an informed choice as to what to do next.

Repaying debt over a longer period may increase the total amount to be repaid. Your ability to obtain credit will be affected in the short term and might be affected in the medium to long term.
