What is Bankruptcy

When an individual cannot pay their debts bankruptcy is an option that should be considered.

Usually if you are a first time bankrupt you will receive your discharge one year after the date of the bankruptcy order, this means that the sanctions and restrictions placed on you whilst you are bankrupt are lifted. We would always consider bankruptcy when advising you on your situation
