The Very Important Small Print

The agreement will start upon receipt by us of Our Terms of Engagement signed as your acceptance of these terms of business and receipt of your first agreed monthly payment.

Women in Debt and it’s trading styles Men In Debt and Families In Debt are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading to carry on the business of debt adjusting and debt counselling commercially. Licence Number 636199.

What We Do For You

1 We act on your behalf preparing a statement of your indebtedness after assessing your financial situation.

2  When calculating your payment we will take into account reasonable living expenses and discuss ways of reducing your expenditure or increasing your income.

3 Your payments to us will be kept in a separate non-interest bearing account; payments will be made to your creditors within 5 working days of receipt of cleared funds unless we are instructed otherwise by you or your creditors.
